Refunds & Returns
All products are custom made, therefore all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, you must contact USPS immediately and file a claim with the post office. We are unable to process refunds or replacements for items damaged during shipping.

Incorrect Delivery by Carrier
If the address provided on your order is correct but the carrier delivers the package to the wrong address, you must file a claim with the post office. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control and we cannot issue refunds for carrier delivery errors.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
